The Story

Make technology work so you don't have to.

I named my tech support company ‘Not Working’ because it captures what I do and who I am. My clients reach out to me when their technology isn’t working, needing solutions for their tech troubles. At the same time, the name reflects my inclination for stepping away from screens to pursue adventures—whether it’s snowboarding, mountain biking, trail running, exploring, or just embracing life outside the digital world. It’s a nod to fixing what’s broken for others while staying true to my love for unplugging and exploring.

Raleigh Experience

Raleigh Leslie combines formal education, industry certification training, and years of hands-on experience to deliver dependable, in-person technology support. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Point Loma Nazarene University, where he also completed A+ (Plus) certification training while working as a Student IT Technician supporting faculty and staff.

Over the past two decades, Raleigh has built a reputation for solving a wide range of tech challenges, including computer setup and repair, device troubleshooting, network and Wi-Fi optimization, data backup and recovery, and personalized technology training. His approach blends technical expertise with clear communication, making complex technology easy to understand and use. By combining structured learning with real-world problem solving, Raleigh ensures every client gets solutions that are effective, practical, and built to last.
