1. Services Provided
Not Working Tech Support provides mobile computer repair, troubleshooting, and technology assistance. All services are performed by Raleigh Leslie, sole proprietor.
2. Service Limitations
While we strive to resolve all technical issues, some problems may be outside our ability to fix (e.g., irreparable hardware damage). We are not responsible for any data loss, although we take precautions to protect client data. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of important files before service.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash and major credit & debit cards.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Not Working Tech Support is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from services performed.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee.
